As part of its commitment to strengthening humanitarian response and organizational excellence, Eimaar Humanitarian Aid and Development Organization (Eimaar) successfully conducted a three-day capacity-building workshop for its staff and volunteers. The training began in Khartoum and concluded in White Nile State, where the sessions were hosted at the Sudanese Police Headquarters.
Funding provided by Sudan Relief; implementation carried out by Eimaar.
Implemented in partnership with the Sudan Relief USA Organization, the workshop focused on building participants’ knowledge and skills in organizational and institutional development, humanitarian principles, project management, and effective volunteerism.
The initiative is part of Eimaar’s long-term strategy to build a highly skilled humanitarian workforce capable of delivering sustainable development programs across Sudan. Through interactive training sessions and hands-on exercises, participants strengthened their ability to design, implement, and manage effective humanitarian and development interventions.
The project reflects Eimaar’s belief that investing in people is the foundation of sustainable development. By strengthening the skills of humanitarian professionals and volunteers, Eimaar is helping to build resilient institutions that can respond more effectively to the challenges facing conflict-affected and vulnerable communities throughout Sudan.
